Visiting Mum and Dad today I was telling them about some of the stamp stuff I was doing. Dad then went and got me his old stamp album (above) stuffed full of envelopes and stamps which I had no idea he owned. Inside the front cover he recorded that on March 13th 1951 he had 1047 stamps. I'm going to have a mega scanning session, document it all and then make something specifically related to it- really exciting! What is also great is that Dad had made his own post album using an old book cover and also hand-made the little stamp swap folder above (which has given me
lots of ideas for work/ presentation).
