Bespoke badges & handmade envelopes from recycled waste

I have been thinking recently about offering a bespoke badge making service - with hand-made envelopes from recycled waste paper. The aim was to provide badges for promotion/ fund raising etc. and to utilise business waste. Green Door Printmaking very kindly agreed to be my guinea pig and the first step was to get them to design a badge. The very talented Pan sent me the above design and also sorted out some waste papers from the studio:

I sifted through it and made some mini envelopes (the paper need to be a minimum of 11cm square and not too thick):
I then added a little card and badge and packaged individually:
I'm very pleased with the way they turned out - they'll be for sale at the opening of Bah Humbug!! at the Crompton Tavern on the 19th November and all proceeds will go to support Green Door Printmaking who do a fantastic job and all without any funding! Come along and buy one - lots of other goodies also for sale (and the opening of their Print Show as well!) and a great opportunity to find out about all the great facilities they offer.
