Making the polymer stamp has got me thinking about doing some more solar plate etching - so I'm in the process of getting my etching press back from my sister in Edinburgh. I lent it to her a year or so ago as I had no plans to ever do any printing again - but as they say never say never! I'm also considering renting it out - it seems to me that there are probably quite a few artists who would appreciate having a press for a few days to print an edition or experiment in their own space. It's a Tofko mini press with a 30 x 60 cm plate so big enough to print nearly A3 but small enough to be very portable. I have to arrange to get it back which may take a while but watch this space for more details....
